Nicely tart, these Amaretto sour mocktails are made with pineapple, maraschino cherry and lemon juice. They are deliciously refreshing on a hot summer day. I have this funny thing with raw eggs. I have absolutely no problem with eating them in cookie dough or cake batter (who doesn’t want to lick the chocolate cake beaters?!) but I draw the line in cocktails.
