The 23-year-old singer also headed to the Z100 studios to make an appearance on The Elvis Duran Morning Show.

While on the show, Demi said she’s feeling the best she ever has, despite he recent break up with longtime love Wilmer Valderrama.
“I feel really amazing. I feel really great and I’m growing. My life is just really, really exciting for me because I’m growing. It’s new and fresh, and I feel free,” she explained.
