If his hit single "Sorry" is anything to go by, Justin Bieber is a pro at saying sorry, and today, he's apologizing to Argentina. Well, his Argentinian Beliebers, specifically.

According to TMZ, the "legal conditions" Justin is referring to concern the fact that a judge in the country previously issued an arrest warrant against Justin over a criminal case involving one of his bodyguards. Even though the warrant was later pulled and Justin can legally return to Argentina, Justin is still worried the judge may force him to report for questioning in connection with the case.

TMZ reports that the only thing that could get the Biebs to return to Argentina would be for the judge to issue a declaration that says he's free to return without fear of being brought in for questioning.

In the meantime, Justin is really sorry.

And he's got some good news to soften the blow of this terrible news: a new music video for "Company" coming very soon!
