It's been a slow release with the look books for next season. I don't mind so much because I tend to be an 'anti spring' winter based goth but still, I like to look!
I haven't seen any inspiring collection so far. In fact, I don't know who is buying for Topshop recently but dear god, stop now. River Island has some interesting styling going on. I quite like the look of some of the grunge meets boho meets Spanish inspired layered pieces.
However, the frilly bleached out denim effect is lost on me.
So I have to say, not entirely convinced by the collection. I know there are several 'stories' going on here. Stories being the retail/visual merch word for lines of clothing styles. I wish stores would clearly label press books/ emails or things with clear guidelines as to what they are trying to get across!
